Write Stuff Down- Make a list or a schedule. Crossing things off a list and allowing enough time for important things makes the task a lot less overwhelming. I always get my best ideas when I'm in the shower lol.
Surround Yourself With Encouraging People- When you have supportive people around you, everything is so much easier to deal with.
Reward Yourself- When you have something to look forward to, it makes getting tasks done a lot easier. When I lived at school, I always forced myself to go to the gym before my favorite shows came on. That motivated me to get my workout done.
Set Small Goals- When you break down a bigger task into smaller tasks, you will be able to manage it better. Speaking of the gym, I used to set small records when I walked on the treadmill and when I broke the records, it motivated me to go for a longer time.
Take a Break- Take time for yourself when you are stuck and then go back to it later. It's OK to give your mind a few minutes to focus on something else.
Don't Be Afraid To Fail- If something doesn't work out the first time, don't let it get you down. Just keep at it.
Do Something Pleasant While You're Doing Something Unpleasant- Listen to music while you do papers, or watch television while you are working out. It makes unpleasant activities much more pleasant.
congrats on breaking the records
